Thank you for shopping with BIJOUX. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All custom work
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 10-day return window
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at bijouxartstl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Photos must accompany return request.
